These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between kgk99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). The key words and terms used in these conditions are defined below:

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and the entire balance will be confiscated. Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, however registration from the same device or IP address will be subject to verification.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. We reserve the right to close the account and seize funds if false information is provided.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat. You are responsible for all activity carried out using your account.

3.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount at kgk99 is ৳500 (five hundred taka). This limit applies to every payment method — bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfers all require a minimum of ৳500.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw winnings from the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (25x wagering requirement). Bets placed with bonus funds will only count toward the wagering requirement when placed on games specified under the applicable rules.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If it is proven that multiple accounts, collusive betting or any other manipulation was used to obtain bonuses, all bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled immediately and the account will be permanently closed.

4.4 Changes to Promotional Terms

The kgk99 VIP program has three tiers. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback is provided.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback and access to special offers.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback, priority support and exclusive VIP benefits.

Cashback is automatically credited to your account every Monday. The criteria for VIP tier assignment and full details of the benefits are at kgk99's discretion and are subject to change at any time.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

kgk99 is committed to ensuring fair play. All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Attempts by any player or third-party software to influence game outcomes are prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

6.3 Betting Limits
