kgk99 Responsible Gaming —
Keep the Fun, Keep the Control
Entertainment is truly enjoyable only when it stays within limits. kgk99 gives you the opportunity to play safely, consciously and responsibly — because your protection is our greatest responsibility.
When online betting and casino gaming are enjoyed as part of entertainment, they can be a fun experience. But sometimes they can become a habit that has a negative impact on personal and family life. kgk99 always wants you to play with full awareness and control.
We believe responsible gaming means more than just following rules — it reflects a healthy mindset. That is why our platform offers you deposit limit setting, self-exclusion, time-out features and 24/7 Bengali-language support.
Ensuring your betting experience remains positive and safe at all times is the core purpose of kgk99's responsible gaming policy.
Important Information
- Minimum age: 21 years
- Betting is for entertainment purposes only
- Not a solution to financial problems
- Never bet beyond your budget
- Do not try to recover money you have lost
- Do not play when drinking or under mental stress
kgk99 gives you complete control over your play. Our platform offers several effective protection tools — which you can use at any time.
Deposit Limit Setting
Set your own limit on how much you deposit each day, each week or each month. Once a limit is set, it cannot be exceeded, ensuring your financial safety. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one takes effect after a set waiting period.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel betting is getting out of your control, use self-exclusion. Keep your account closed for a set period (from 30 days up to permanently). During this time logging in will be completely impossible and no marketing messages will be sent.
Time-Out Feature
Need a short break? Use the time-out feature to temporarily close your account for 24 hours up to 7 days. Your balance will remain safe during this time and your account will be reactivated automatically once the period ends.
Session Time Limit
Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. When the limit is reached, the platform will automatically log you out. Extended play can reduce your ability to make good decisions — session limits help prevent that.
Reality Check Notifications
At set intervals, a pop-up message will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have won or lost. This reality check keeps you aware of the actual situation and helps you take a break at the right time.
24/7 Bengali Support
Our Bengali-speaking support team is always ready for any questions or issues related to responsible gaming. Contact us via live chat or email us at [email protected]. We will stand by your side with empathy and without judgment.
If any of the signs below appear in you or someone you know, it may indicate problematic betting. Seeking help in time is important.
- You are increasingly placing larger bets to try to recover money you have lost.
- You want to stop betting but cannot stop yourself.
- You are hiding betting-related matters from family or friends.
- You are taking on debt or facing financial hardship because of betting.
- You keep playing while neglecting work, family or other responsibilities.
- You feel restless or anxious when you are unable to play.
- Betting is becoming your only source of enjoyment.
Ask yourself these questions regularly. Answering honestly is the first step toward responsible gaming.
Am I playing within my set budget?
Am I playing for entertainment, or in the hope of solving a financial problem?
Can I stop calmly even after a loss?
Is my family concerned about my betting habits?
Do I only play when I am in a healthy state of mind?
If any of the above questions makes you uncomfortable, contact our support team or use self-exclusion.
Access by minors is strictly prohibited
The kgk99 platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Age verification is mandatory at the time of account registration. Any minor attempting to open an account using an adult's information is a clear violation of our policy.
Advice for parents and guardians
If there are minor members in your household, keep your devices locked with a PIN or password and keep your kgk99 account details completely private. Keeping minors away from online gambling is every family's responsibility.
Age verification process
National ID or passport details are required during account verification. If we believe there is any doubt about a user's age, we may temporarily suspend the account until additional verification is completed.
